1. Zero Tolerance Statement
SwiftPOS enforces a strict zero-tolerance stance against bribery, extortion, kickbacks, and corrupt business practices across all operations, partnerships, and employee interactions.
2. Standards of Conduct
No employee, representative, or partner acting on behalf of SwiftPOS may offer, promise, give, solicit, or accept any financial advantage, bribe, or illegal incentive to influence commercial or regulatory decisions.
3. Partner & Vendor Compliance
All distributors, hardware vendors, software partners, and affiliate agents are required to adhere strictly to ethical compliance standards and local commercial regulations.
4. Whistleblowing & Reporting
Concerns regarding potential violations of this policy can be reported confidentially to compliance@swiftpos.ng.
