Partnership & Affiliate Terms

1. Partner Registration & Eligibility
By registering as a SwiftPOS Partner or Affiliate on app.swiftpos.ng/affiliates, you agree to these Partnership Terms. Partners must provide accurate bank account and contact details for payout verification.
2. Referral Tracking & Auto-Prefilled Links
Partners are assigned a custom Affiliate Code and shareable tracking link (app.swiftpos.ng/register/?ref=YOURCODE). When a new business registers using your code or link, your affiliate ID is permanently linked to their account for commission calculation.
3. Commission Structure & Payout Terms
Partners earn 20% recurring monthly commission on subscription fees paid by referred merchants for up to 12 consecutive months (1 full year) per store. Payouts are requested directly via the partner dashboard and disbursed to your registered bank account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Partners must not engage in deceptive advertising, spamming, self-referrals, or false representation of SwiftPOS capabilities.
